Arrocero, rice grower and paella cook
About us
We are Valencians who believe the best of this coast is found at its tables — and that the best tables are rarely open to visitors.

Valencia is where paella was born, where the rice fields of the Albufera meet the Mediterranean and, an hour inland, old vines climb to the high plateau of Utiel-Requena. It is Spain’s third city, yet it still lives at its own pace: long lunches, late dinners, markets full of growers rather than visitors.
And it has light. While much of northern Europe turns grey from October to April, Valencia keeps its sun, its mild days and its outdoor tables. Those quieter months are, for us, the finest time to come.
We design private journeys around the food and wine of the Valencian Mediterranean. Every journey is written for one couple, family or group, and every journey holds two or three moments you could not book on your own: a cellar opened by the winemaker, a paella cooked by the family that grows the rice, a seat at the pass of a kitchen while the menu is written.
We take care of the rest — the hotel, the driver, the guide, the timing — so that your days feel unhurried and your evenings are spent at the right table.
We will only ever tell you what we can deliver. If a cellar, a table or a boat is not confirmed, we say so.
